Bembridge Windmill

This little gem is the only windmill on the Isle of Wight, built around 1700 it still has most of its original machinery, and it was painted by JMW Turner in 1795. All four floors can be explored, with the ground floor having a dvd about milling and a working model of the windmill for you to experience. The property is open 7 days a week from mid March to the end of October 10.30am to 5.00pm.
