Brown & White Caterthuns
Entrance is FREE!
These are twin iron age forts on adjacent hills. Spectacular views to the North sea and the Angus Glens from the tops. There is a small carpark on the road which passes between them. They are seldom busy. The White Caterthun is a vitrified fort. Both are in the care of Historic Scotland.
