Follow the brown signs

Ardkinglas Woodland Garden contains some of the biggest and best trees in Britain.  The tallest tree in Britain at 64.28m, a Grand Fir and “The Mightiest Conifer in Europe” a Silver Fir with a girth in excess of 10 meters are among a number of champions.  They co-exist with some historic rhododendrons in a woodland setting with a scriptorium full of uplifting poetical quotes on trees. We, and the environment, would be much poorer without the majesty of these trees to enrich our lives.
