Follow the brown signs

We operate from one of the oldest boat yards on the canal system, built on the Trent and Mersey Canal.  We have 3 historic dry docks still operated the same way they were using in the 1770’s.  We are the oldest canal boat hire company in England being run by the same family.  We still build boats on site, 1948 est. Our hire boats can explore  most of the shires of England. It would be a great loss to the country to loose this historic way of lifeas it gives people an insite to the industrial revolution and England historic past.
